Can I import/Upload PST file to Office 365 webmail account?

I am having 4GB of Outlook PST file which I had exported from Outlook 2016. So I would like to know Is there any official method to import PST to Office 365 account? Suggestions are welcome.

Hi Paul,

Theoretically, you can directly import the PST files to your Office 365 mailbox in Outlook:

Import email, contacts, and calendar from an Outlook .pst file

However, considering that large sized PST file may increase the risk of crash during the process of importing, personally I'd like to suggest split the file into some smaller ones before importing. You can use the archive feature to split the PST file. See the link below for instructions about splitting PST file:

Hello Paul,

Yes, you can upload PST file into Office 365 Mailbox account by using the Network Upload Method, this is the manual process which is provided by Microsoft.

It also helps you to import your PST file data into Exchange Online.
