Hello, I have update error
There were some problems installing updates, but we'll try again later. If you keep seeing this and want to search the web or contact support for information, this may help: (0x800710df).
Ive done this 1. Run Windows PowerShell as Administrator. 2. Type Get-WindowsUpdateLog cmdlet to generate it.

Hi,
Sorry, I cannot see your update log, would you please help to share the log again? In addition, share the C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\cbs.log also for our research.
This error means:
err 0x800710df
# as an HRESULT: Severity: FAILURE (1), Facility: 0x7, Code 0x10df
# for hex 0x10df / decimal 4319 :
ERROR_DEVICE_NOT_AVAILABLE winerror.h
# The device is not ready for use.
Let's see if the required update is for device in Windows update history. please let me know which updates failed to install.
Please remember to mark the replies as answers if they help.
