Windows not installing basic typing

Hi, 

I have a problem with OneNote not proofing languages other than English. I was redirected to this forum after trying different solutions. You can see the discussions here:

Add an h to the start to access link (My account is not verified, so I cannot post link)

The problem seems to be with Windows not installing basic typing. It is not being installing for any new languages, as shown by the screenshots below (see links for screenshots, as I cannot post them, since my account is not verified).

Try verify your account and you don't need to post link for screenshots, you could just reply and click on image icon and upload images.

Open start and search for Office Language Preference.

Hi,

It seems that the feature to enable a different proofing language for the whole notebook is not yet available for OneNote 2016.
