Hello All,
why Substitute function is not working in SharePoint list calculated column?
I tested with Replace and Search/Find functions, but they are not helpful and looking hectic.

Not all Excel function are available to use in SharePoint formulas.
Here is a list of possible functions.
Also, look at this example of alternating Substitute function. May be it will be suitable for you.
