Hi Guys,
What do you think is the problem why findtime is not loading properly to both Outlook and OWA?
Thanks!

Hi,
This tool could works well in my lab mow. I would suggest you check whether is it could work correctly in your organization.
If this tool still cannot work, I would suggest you take steps below to narrow down it:
1. Check it without any recipient, whether is this tool could load?
2. Make sure the recipient is an Office 365 mailbox rather than Exchange on-premises mailbox.
3. Create a meeting request, then check this recipient free/busy from "Scheduling Assistant", make sure you could see this user free/busy correctly first.

Kyle Xu

The same, not loading.
2. Make sure the recipient is an Office 365 mailbox rather than Exchange on-premises mailbox.
I have O365 mailbox.
3. Create a meeting request, then check this recipient free/busy from "Scheduling Assistant", make sure you could see this user free/busy correctly first.
F/B is okay.

If so, I think this phenomenon is more related with this add-in itself. I would suggest you try to remove this add-in, then try to install it again. Make sure this tool could load correctly on your mailbox first(Could see this second picture I provided).

Is this product own by Microsoft? I'm thinking if this can be accommodated by a support ticket.
Thanks!

Do you mean that after reinstall this add-in, you still cannot see the Introduction Page, when you create new email without any receipt:
If so, I would suggest you try to open a service request from admin center, confirm whether they could find any information from backend.
This is the webpage for FindTime. Since this tool could works in my tenant, I think you may need to check from backend rather than this tool.

Yeah, reinstalling the add-in doesn't work.
Unfortunately FindTime support is not responding. I'll open an MS service ticket then and see.
Thanks!

Hope you could find the root cause with the help from backend.
