Visual Studio 2015 update 3

I have visual studio 2015 installed on a PC that dosent have internet connection. Im trying to have visual studio update 3 install, however it seems need the PC to have internet connection. Is there any offline version of the update?

If you want to install the update on a computer without internet, you could have a try with downloading visual studio update 3 for an offline installation using another computer which has the network, please follow the steps as below:

• 1. Download the executable file like vs2015.3.exe from: https://www.visualstudio.com/en-us/downloads/download-visual-studio-vs.aspx and save
  2. After you download it, run the command: vs2015.3.exe /layout at the elevated command prompt.
  3. After you run the command, you should be prompted for the download location. Enter the       location, and then choose Download.
  4. When the package download is successful, you should see a Visual Studio screen that says       Setup Successful! All specified components have been acquired successfully.
  5. In the file location that you specified, find the executable file vs2015.3.exe and the       package folder. This is everything you need to copy to the target computer that has no network.
  6. You can now run the installation from the file location.
