I cannot drag and drop web controls to the web form (NOT RESOLVED)

Hi, I use VS 2008, in web projects i cannot Drag and Draop web controls to the web form from the toolbox. How do i fix this issue?

 Try changing this setting in Tools > Options > HTML Designer > CSS Styling

   (check the box "Change positioning to absolute . . .")

Do you not see the controls in the toolbar (1) or does the dragging and dropping of those controls not work?  If (1), then check to see if you are in design view on an aspx page and the debugger is not running.

I am able to drag controls, but they do not go to the spot on the Design page I place it.  It ends up in the upper left hand corner, or behind the banner, and then I am not able to see the control. 

Maybe our issue is related.

Tha drag and drop of the controls doesnt work (only with the APS controls but HTML controls works)...How do i fix this?
