We did a service pack update from Bell on August 18,2016 , my wifes email account has not updated since this was installed, only on her laptop. Her phone and Tablet are working fine. I heed some clear instructions on how to fix this ?

Start with changing the sync settings on the account and trying. In the Mail app settings (cog icon towards bottom left) Manage Account (on the right) then click the account. The Change Mailbox Sync Settings. Change settings save and try again.

Not sure what mail app you use to configure this mail account.
