Windows 10 CSP & KMS activation

Scenario:

Customer has Windows 10 license purchased through Volume license.
They have KMS server infrastructure already in use.
They are also planning to buy 100 Windows E3 (user based license) CSP subscriptions.

Question:

How do we make sure after Windows 10 imaging completes on PCs that are intended to activated through CSP DOES not contact KMS server to activate. Instead user with Win10 CSP license logs into PC which automatically contacts Microsoft over internet and activates Win10 CSP license.

Hi,

KMS server is unable to activate Windows 10 E3 CSP.

Azure AD is necessary for Windows 10 Enterprise E3 in CSP activation. The Azure AD account is used to access the online KMS provided by Microsoft to activate device that sign in with E3 account.
