I have purchased Office 365 recently. My outlook is configured to a webserver called Bluehost which hosts my company domain. Our email ids are like .........@gurglingbrook.com. I am using the desktop outlook and not Outlook Web app
1. I am not able to use the "share calendar" and "calendar permissions" option as they are greyed out. What is the reason and how will I be able to use them.
Is my Outlook running on Miscrosot exchange server? How am I able to see all the messages etc in Outlook Web app.
Thanks and Regards,
Srikanth

Hi,
"Sharing Calendar" and "Calendar Permissions" are available only for Exchange Server account types. To confirm if you are using an Exchange account, go to Outlook, click File > Info > Account Settings > Account Settings and check the Type column under E-mail tab.
Seems you are not using an Exchange-based account, then you may publish the calendar online to a WebDAV Server to share it. See:
If I've misunderstood something, please feel free to let me know.

It's recommended to download and install Configuration Analyzer Tool (OffCAT), which is developed by Microsoft Support teams. Once the tool is installed, you can run it at any time to scan for hundreds of known issues in Office programs.
