When I try to install Visual Studio 2012 Professional, it gets stuck on "Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 Pre-Clean Tool"
I have restarted my computer and tried installing multiple times, but the same problem still occurs.
EDIT: It finally decided to work. Now at the end I'm stuck on "Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 Post-Clean Tool"

Please share your Windows version and Service Pack level.
You should make sure you’ve followed these tips: http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en/vssetup/thread/60f71a54-506e-4c70-be98-e993ce6d1ddf
1) Disable your Anti-Virus software
2) Update your computer (Windows)
Then you should make sure you have healthy installation package:
1) Suppose you are using the ISO file to install visual studio. Please use this tool http://support.microsoft.com/kb/841290 to verify hash of the iso. The point of the exercise is to generate a hash value (or values) - MD5 and SHA1 - from the .iso file so that it/they can be checked against the known value(s) for that file. Any discrepancy would indicate that the file was corrupted.
2) If you are using a web installer, please make sure your network is healthy.
If the error persists when you are sure your package is healthy:
Please use http://aka.ms/vscollect to gather the installation logs. After using it, you will find vslogs.cab from %temp% folder. Please upload the file to https://skydrive.live.com/ and share the link here.
