WWN and IQN

Have a two node Exchange 2007 cluster (windows sever 2008 r2) currently using WWN and cluster is presented Netapp storage. We are changing out Storage to ZFS and using ISCI initiator (IQN) for new Storage group databases and Log Luns.

Question:

would adding Isci iqn with wwn already setup mess things up?

Two completely different protocols on completely different interfaces.  I am by no means an Exchange expert (there is a forum where those people lurk), but when it comes to storage in a cluster, each of those would be presented completely differently.  So for SQL, Hyper-V, or file services, it should be a simple matter to configure the iSCSI storage and run the validation wizard against it to verify its configuration.
