Question

I been trying to uninstall my Bluetooth controller so i could re-pair it but it re-appears. Is there a permanent way of doing this? I delete it also check delete the drivers for the dongle, i plug it back and all the devices show up again. Also when i remove devices from the bluetooth settings menu, they can not be discovered again. If i turn the bluetooth on and off again they re-appear and it says "connected" when they are not. I can pair new bluetooth devices but not the ones that were paired before.

Hi StarCestus,
Try this method:
- Turned Airplane Mode on
- Disconnect Bluetooth device from sound Settings (Also remove it from default device)
- Open device manger--> View--> Show Hidden Devices. In Bluetooth devices Uninstall the Bluetooth device you want to remove.
- Go to Device and Printer in Control Panel and Try again removing again.
If still no help, you need to create a new account.
Regards
