Question

Hi, like one in ten white males, I am colour blind. Without going through each and every one of the 100+ font and colour combinations listed in Environment - Fonts And Colours, how do I turn off syntax highlighting in the Visual Studio 2005 text editor?
Basically I just want black text on a white background, except for text I've selected (e.g. with the mouse/shift-cursor keys).
In Vi/Vim/GVim, I can do this with one simple ":syntax off" command.
I'm colour blind, not visually impaired, so I don't need a high contrast colour scheme, nor do I need to turn off all colours. Just the syntax highlighting.
Thanks in advance!

If you want to turn off/configure the intellisense of the Visual Studio, please refer to **Tools - Options - Text Editor - All Languages **or General.
Unfortunately, there is no single switch to turn off the syntax insensitive, one needs to set the text colors and fonts in "Environment - Fonts And Colors" one by one to let it just "black text on a white background".
