Question

Hi
Wonder if anyone has come across this one - when running the following in IPPSSession Powershell:
Get-CaseHoldPolicy -Identity "HoldAccountsUserMailbox"} |fl *
I get error:
The operation couldn't be performed because object 'HoldAccountsUserMailbox' couldn't be found on 'FfoConfigurationSession'.
The case does exist and the mailbox "[email protected]" is on hold.
What could be causing this error?
Thanks M

Hi,
Will this problem happen to other existing case hold policies?
Please try using other admin account and see if there is any difference.

Hi,
From the above information, we can know that this command cannot find a policy which called "HoldAccountsUserMailbox"
We should policy name rather than mailbox name as the value of "Identity":

If you forget the detail name for your policy, you can use command below to check all policies in your server and which mailbox hosted on it:
Get-ComplianceCase | ForEach-Object {Get-CaseHoldPolicy -case $_.name -DistributionDetail} | Ft Name,Workload,Enabled,Mode,ExchangeLocation

Then you could check detail information for one of them.
