Hi Team,
Having issue when run a command to move user from one to another database " Get-Mailbox -identity UserID | New-MoveRequest -TargetDatabase “Database1" "
When check the status "Get-MoveRequestStatistics -Identity UserID " the status show StalledDueToTraget_Content indexing,
Need kind assistant .

Hi Thevan,
Which Exchange version are you used?
It's a known issue in Exchange 2013, it's caused by missing an AD group that is named "ContentSubmitters".
To fix this issue, we need to create new AD group named ‘ContentSubmitters’ and grant ‘Admistrators’ and ‘NetworkService’ full access to it, then restart "Microsoft Exchange Search" & "Microsoft Exchange Search Host Controller" services.

If this issue remain exists, please check the Application log to find more details (source server and target server) and run below command in EMS to check the index status:
Get-MailboxDatabase | Get-MailboxDatabaseCopyStatus
