Is there a way in Excel to determine the creation date of a worksheet? I know you can see the creation date of the entire workbook, but I cannot seem to find a way to check the creation date of a worksheet itself. Thank you in advance.

Hi,
In regarding of the issue, I agree with Pete, based on my tested and researched, I fail to find any information about modifying such as date time in the sheet.xml file. Please see this image:
It always shows the default modified time "12/30/1899 8:AM"

It's recommended to download and install Configuration Analyzer Tool (OffCAT), which is developed by Microsoft Support teams. Once the tool is installed, you can run it at any time to scan for hundreds of known issues in Office programs.

Use Excel, Review, Track Changes and select the checkbox for listing changes on a new sheet.

My two-cent opinion is that there are no metadata for a single worksheet.
