error message Text services framework not running

My keyboard does not function. This occurred long after Windows10 first installed. Have tried updating driver. Saw a solution when using Windows XP, wont work in Windows10.

What is your machine model?
As this issue occurred after installing Windows 10, have you plugged this keyboard into another Windows 10 machine to have a test?

If this issue persists when we plugged this keyboard into another Windows 10 machine, it could be a compatibility issue. For a driver compatibility issue, we couldn't do much about it. We need to visit the website of the keyboard manufacturer, check whether they has released Windows 10 compatible drivers for you keyboard.

If this keyboard works fine on another Windows 10 machine, for error message "Text Services Framework isn't running", please refer to this similar case to have a try.
