Question

Greetings,

Environment : Windows 8.1 , Outlook 2013

Here is the question:

I send you an email, and you reply back, and it shows as new email coming to me. I reply to your reply and it goes out , then, you reply back to me , and it shows up as new email. Right now, I have two email sitting in inbox, and these emails are followup to each other. If we reply to each other 10 times, I see 10 email in the Inbox.

Where or how I can configure the outlook that I can see only one email and expand to see all back and forth instead of seeing 10 emails.

Regards,

You want to enable the Conversation view. In Outlook, select the View tab and then check the "Show as Conversations" check box. You'll be given an option to either enable it on the current folder or all folders. The folder will reload and you'll then see conversations grouped together. Once enabled you can access the Conversation Settings drop down to adjust the way that the conversations are displayed.
