Hi ,
>>ping successful between workstations
but destination host unreachable
Could you please post the screenshot of ping result? If you cannot post the image, your account just needs to be verified. You can expedite verification by replying to this thread with your request.
Did you mean that you see loss = 0% so you think ping is successful? Please clarify more details for us to troubleshooting.
Best Regards,
Candy

Pinging 168.106.227.167 with 32 bytes of data:
Reply from 168.106.227.167: bytes=32 time=1ms TTL=128
Reply from 168.106.227.167: bytes=32 time=1ms TTL=128
168.106.227.167 IP address for Workstation hostname named "ACS_AWTC_WS_A23"
Total 31 workstations on same network,
just can found only one named "ACS_AWTC_WS_A24", why ?

Hi ,
I have tested in my lab with same workgroup and same network.
When I ping IP address from each other, the result will not show host name.So I am a bit confused that what you say about 168.106.227.167 IP address for Workstation hostname named "ACS_AWTC_WS_A23".
Where did you see that?
Best Regards,
Candy

Hi ,
Please temporarily re-enable the SMBv1 protocol on Windows 10 to do a test.
1.Open Control Panel > Programs & Features > Turn Windows features on or off.
2.Expand the SMB 1.0/CIFS File Sharing Support option.
3.Check the SMB 1.0/CIFS Client option.
In addition, what's your windows 10 version? 1709,1803 or 1903? If re-enable the SMBv1 protocol still doesn't work, please refer to the following article to do a check:
Fix PCs no longer recognized in network after Windows 10 version 1803 upgrade

Hi Candy,
Our windows 10 Pro version is 1809, re-enable the SMBv1 protocol still doesn't work.
Why can not show all workstations in Network neighbor under same network ?
Thanks in advance.

Hi Candy,
Before replaced windows 10 Pro, we are using Windows 7.
We could found all workstations in Network neighbor under same network.

Hi ,
In order to narrow down the issue, could you please login to the machine called ACS_AWTC_WS_A23 to do some test?
Login to A23 machine, then refer the following steps:
1.Check Network Discovery and Share settings.
2.Set Start type to Automatic and start following services that allow PC's to be visible on Network:
- Function Discovery Provider Host
Function Discovery Resource Publication
SSDP Discovery
UPnP Device Host
