how do I move my Windows page back over so I can see the entire page    Even using the left arrow will not move the page over

What do you mean by "Windows page"? Do you mean web browser?What do you mean by "move ~ back over"?

Do you mean active window appear on the top and shade other page?

Would you take a capture for the "Windows Page"? It would be more easy to understand your issue.
