Hi, My name is Brandon Tenney and for some odd reason when i click on the option of L2TP i can only fine close of Username + Password but no Preshared key with the option. is there any fix to this??

Hi,
Do you mean how to configure preshared key in L2TP VPN connection in Windows 10?
Preshared keys are used for IPsec authentication. Preshared means both parties agree on a shared, secret key that is used for authentication in an IPSec policy.
After configuring preshared key, it still needs to enter the username and password when you connect to VPN. For more information about preshared key, you may click the following link:

We may configure preshared keys by steps: open network and sharing center--right click VPN connection, properties—type of VPN select L2TP—advanced settings—use preshared key for authentication—enter preshared key.
