Hi,

Open regedit console and go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced

Create a new DWORD with value name "ExtendedUIHoverTime"

Then change the value number to a specific seconds you want to delay.
