How do I setup Microsoft Volume Licensing Service Center?

Hello, I am trying to create an account for Microsoft Volume Licensing Service Center. After confirming my business email, I get a page saying "The business email address provided during registration is not affiliated with an Open License and/or Volume License Agreement." When I try to add an Open License to my profile, it asks me for an Open Authorization and License Number. Where do I find these? I don't see them in the email. I tried calling but they're closed. I sent them an email but I'm waiting for a response. Can anyone help? Thanks

Hi, I heard back from Microsoft through email. Apparently I have to call the Presale and Licensing Team for pricing for my purchase. I will post again after I call. Thanks

Hi, me again...I'm going to call Microsoft on Monday. I'll report back. I'm doing this so I can get Windows 10 Enterprise. I've heard it's only $10 a month. I'll post as soon as I can. Thanks
