How to Open Microsoft Visual Studio in windows 10 and where is the file located?

It is amazing that even after googling "How to Open Microsoft Visual Studio in windows 10 and where is the file located" nobody seems to know.

Welcome to the MSDN forum.

What’s your VS edition?

Usually you go to All Programs and there should have the Visual Studio link as the following screenshot. For VS 2015, it is not inside the VS 2015 folder. For other version, you can have a look at the VS version folder.

Meanwhile, you can also go to the installation folder like C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 14.0\Common7\IDE  and you can find the devenv.exe and directly double click it, it will start the VS normally.

For different VS versions, the installation folder is similar like C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio version\Common7\IDE.
