Hi there,
We been having this issue from time to time when we try join windows 10 PC to Domain. please see the error we get below , btw we have check the host records and found nothing unusual.
Note: This information is intended for a network administrator. If you are not your network's administrator, notify the administrator that you received this information, which has been recorded in the file C:\WINDOWS\debug\dcdiag.txt.
DNS was successfully queried for the service location (SRV) resource record used to locate a domain controller for domain "shcts.com":
The query was for the SRV record for _ldap._tcp.dc._msdcs.shcts.com
The following domain controllers were identified by the query:
(no Active Directory Domain Controllers found)
However no domain controllers could be contacted.
Common causes of this error include:
- Host (A) or (AAAA) records that map the names of the domain controllers to their IP addresses are missing or contain incorrect addresses.
- Domain controllers registered in DNS are not connected to the network or are not running.
requires urgent help regarding the matter.
thanks in advance for your time & assistance.

We had similar problem in our organisation a some time ago. The reason was antivirus and firewall settings. If this antivirus software had been set to a home mode, a workstation couldn't be join the domain. We have different settings in home and business networks.
Can you ping the domain controllers?

Hi,
Does the issue only occur on all Windows 10 machines or multiple Windows 10 machines?
Try to ping domain controller IP address on Windows 10 to check the result.
Try to ping domain controoler FQDN name on Windows 10 client again.
Verify that Host (A) or (AAAA) records that map the names of the domain controllers to their IP addresses are missing or contain incorrect addresses.
Verify that Domain controllers registered in DNS are not connected to the network or are not running.
Run the "nslookup" on Windows 10 client to query domain SRV record.
(1) Type nslookup, and then press ENTER.
(2) Type set type=all, and then press ENTER.
(3) Type _ldap._tcp.dc._msdcs.hcnet.haverford.edu and then press ENTER and paste the output here.
Here is a similar case with yours, please refer to:
