Hi,
This issue could be caused if either of the Outlook Data File(.pst or .ost) is corrupted.
I suggest you run Scanpst.exe to scan and repair the possible issues in the two files, then try again.
The location of Scanpst.exe should be:
32-bit Windows | C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office15 |
64-bit Windows | C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office15 |
64-bit Outlook | C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office15 |
Click-to-Run | C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office 15\root\office15 |
I hope this could help.
If the problem persists, you can also rename the .ost file to ".old", Outlook will generate a new one to sync the next time it starts. It may take some time if your mailbox is large. After the .ost finishes syncing, please check the result again.
