Can't insert online picture into word document

I'm not able to insert Online Pictures into word documents.

the error message I get is "There was an error importing this file:

I tried to insert other picture with different types and titles but I still receive the same message error

Any suggestions would be helpful.

Hi,

In Word, click Insert > Online Pictures, please confirm if the results can be returned properly when you search in Bing Image Search.

Additionally, please try to insert Online Pictures in other Office applications such as Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint etc. Confirm if the issue can be reproduced in all applications. We can go to Control Panel > Programs and Features, select Office application, click Change > Repair (Online Repair for click-to-run version).

If the issue only happens to Word documents, please start Word application in safe mode: Press Win+R to open Run in Windows, type WinWord /safe, press Enter. Confirm if you can insert Online Pictures in safe mode.

I have the same issue.  Reply from Winnie is of no use!  This is a MS issue as it worked fine until the recent update of Office365
