Hi,

1. Is there password assigned for the user account? Has it expired?

Please help to reset the password and re-check the Credentials Delegation group policy for below path:

Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > System > Credentials Delegation

Restrict delegation of credentials to the remote servers >Disable

2.If the account is created without password on purpose, please check if you have "Enable Remote Login via Blank Passwords " on session host:

Local Computer Policy -> Computer Configuration -> Windows Settings -> Security Settings -> Local Policies -> Security Options

Accounts: Limit local account use of blank passwords to console logon only>Disable

3.Please remote with different account to check if the issue was only occurred with the specific account.

4.Kindly check the event logs on both server and client to see if anything unusual.

Event log checking:

TerminalServices-RemoteConnectionManager and TerminalServices-LocalSessionManager logs to view information about connections.

Step 1: Press Windows+R to open the Run dialog, enter eventvwr (or eventvwr.msc) and hit OK.

Step 2: Navigate to Event Viewer\ Applications and Services Logs\ Microsoft\ Windows\ TerminalServices-*
