You need to visit Oracle official website to download and install java. On my Windows 10 machine, online installation is normal.
How do I manually download and install Java for my Windows computer?

when you download the JRE or SDK from the Java website, they will have a valid signature by "Oracle America, Inc.".
So from where did you get the setup?
