This is my 3rd try trying to install VS 2015 Enterprise. In my earlier attempts I had VS 2013 Ultimate edition installed and thought uninstalling it would resolve, however no luck.
Error displayed on the screen is: KB 2829760 - Fatal error during installation. Appreciate any help to resolve this.

In this situation, I suggest you download a healthy iso to repair your VS 2015 Enterprise.**

Thanks Lana for replying. The VS 2015 iso files SHA-1 values was very useful. I have checked my copy of the .iso and it matches with the hash value on the site.
I tried another install today and based on the install tips link you sent, I suspected the anti-virus. I disabled the anti-virus and ran the install again. I got the same error screen, but on inspecting the log file, I found that the initial error (Error 0x80091007: Failed to verify hash of payload: JavaScript_ProjectSystem.msi) did not occur. Only the 2nd error was there (Error 0x80070643: Failed to install MSP package).
Below is the last error part of the log file.

I have actually also downloaded VS 2015 Update 1. Planning to try an install with that.

For error 0x80070643, please reefer to:

it means the installation cache or ISO is corrupted on visual studio 2013, but it is same as visual studio 2015.
From the error information you paste again, "** vc_kb2829760_patch_D12**" failed to install.
You could Install the VS2013 (no updates) installed the vc_kb2829760 package, and the VS2015 could then be installed.

I actually tried with VS 2015 Update 1 this time. Before installing I removed VS 2013 and other SQL server components. The only thing I wasn't able to remove was VS 2013 Team explorer.
The error I got while installing is for the same package kb2829760vc.msp , which just refuses to get installed. I created the folder structure C:\ProgramData\Package Cache\E164652A-0EB8-430B-AB4C-8814B7234997}\packages\vc_kb2829760 and copied kb2829760vc.msp there, but it didn't help. Also tried installing it manually but didn't work.
I will try the other alternative you mentioned of first installing VS 2013 (no update), but not very hopeful as I already had VS 2013 Update 4 installed before trying to install VS 2015.
