Problems with MS Solitaire Collection on iPad

For the couple of days adverts taking up approximately 2/3 of the page have been coming up and when they finish, the close-down cross appears but when pressed, the puzzle page appears for a brief fraction of a second and then the page goes black. By pressing the home button I can get out of it but the blank black page remains and I have to re-set the iPad to start the Solitaire Collection games again. Sometimes when I go back into the game an advert comes up again, and I then have to re-start all over again. There doesn’t seem to be any other way out of the blank, black page.

Please try the following:

• Exit all apps, and try restarting your device. This frees up memory on your device.
• Update your Game. Check the App Store for the latest update to the game.
• Quit and re-open the game - Doing so can also fix freezing and crash issues.
• Make sure you are running the latest version of iOS.
• To check: Enter settings > General > Software Update. Here you can check to see if any updates are available.
• Check your device's storage capacity. To check: Enter settings > "About" and you will see your available capacity. Get more space by removing unused apps, music, pictures, and videos.
• Try uninstalling and reinstalling the game from the App Store.
