Hi SAEED.Mahdiyan.
Which computer (brand and model) do you have? Did you perform any change after which you've noticed this event?
It looks like one device installed in your computer is missing a driver or needs further software to work: open the Windows Device Manager and check for any device reported as being in error or not working condition; according to a quick search I've done, it could be the driver for the NVIDIA GeForce card.
Bye.

Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
1. Run a Windows Troubleshooter for the type of issue you are having:
From the Start menu, select Settings (the gear icon), choose Update & Security, and then select Troubleshoot. Look through the list for the troubleshooter that addresses the type of issue.
2. Follow this website to find the error code in Device Manager : https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/310123/error-codes-in-device-manager-in-windows#bookmark-43
Hope these will help you.
Best regards,
Yilia
