English Language package - Visual Studio 2013

Hi

I have a Visual Studio which doesn't have english language in the list of posible languages, but when I want to download the visual studio 2013 english language pack I don't find the link.

There is no Visual Studio 64-bit. It's a 32-bit application (that can create 64-bit apps)
