Domain controller is accesible and its dns is working, any help?

Hi,

You have a 2003 AD ? I saw this problem all the time in 2003 sites.

just give the Cluster netbios (computer)name full access on the SQL netbios account ( in the AD) - instance name

and give the Cluster netbios (computer)name full access in the DNS to create records.

Is the Cluster name correctly registerd in the DNS ( prop on the cluster netbios name in the failover cluster manager )
