folder is missing is there a way to get it back??

Try Download troubleshooter for Windows 10
You may use system restore and back to the time before problem persist.

Hi okayaa,
You can copy the registry keys from a known-working computer.
/en-us/previous-versions/windows/it-pro/windows-server-2008-R2-and-2008/cc755091(v=ws.11)
(Make sure you take a backup of the affected registry keys first if anything is changed that existed previously!)
