Hi,
I guess that you met the error when you install the Visual Studio 2012.
As I know, it seems that the ISO was corrupted as the MD5 did not match. Please download a new ISO from the link:
http://www.microsoft.com/visualstudio/esn/downloads
Then please use this tool http://support.microsoft.com/kb/841290 to verify hash of the ISO. The point of the exercise is to generate a hash value (or values) - MD5 and SHA1 - from the .iso file so that it can be checked against the known value(s) for that file. Any discrepancy would indicate the file was corrupted.
You also can try using a web installer, please make sure your network is healthy.
If the error persists when you are sure your package is healthy:
Please use http://aka.ms/vscollect to gather the installation logs. After using it, you will find vslogs.cab from %temp% folder. Please upload the file to https://skydrive.live.com/ and share the link here.
Best regards,
