When I try to create a Hyper-V Cluster, I get an error during forming cluster. All tests are passed without errors.
I attach a link to test and error report:
After failure, I clear nodes using Clear-ClusterNode <Servername>

Surprisingly, cluster was formed after I created a cluster using only one server and added the second server as a node after creating the cluster

"All tests are passed without errors."
True, but you have a lot of warnings. Warnings should be addressed. They can often cause issues, particularly when you have as many as you do. You should work to eliminate all warning messages whenever possible. In some cases, after you have examined the warning and determined that it is acceptable for your particular environment, you can proceed. Otherwise, your goal should be to eliminate warnings from the validation report.

Before recreating the domain, eveything worked fine. Are there any further steps or ways to find the exact issue?

I don't see anyone suggesting that you recreate your domain. First step is to work to eliminate the warnings identified in the cluster validation report.

Beginning to configure the cluster Cluster.
Initializing Cluster Cluster.
Validating cluster state on node NODE02.globex.local.
Searching the domain for computer object 'Cluster'.
Find a suitable domain controller for node NODE02.globex.local.
Check whether the computer object Cluster for node NODE02.globex.local exists in the domain. Domain controller \GRI-DC.globex.local.
Bind to domain controller \GRI-DC.globex.local.
Check whether the computer object NODE02.globex.local for node NODE02.globex.local exists in the domain. Domain controller \GRI-DC.globex.local.
Verifying computer object 'Cluster' in the domain.
Checking for account information for the computer object in the 'UserAccountControl' flag for Cluster.
Validating installation of the Network FT Driver on node NODE02.globex.local.
Validating installation of the Cluster Disk Driver on node NODE02.globex.local.
Configuring Cluster Service on node NODE02.globex.local.
Validating installation of the Network FT Driver on node NODE01.globex.local.
Validating installation of the Cluster Disk Driver on node NODE01.globex.local.
Configuring Cluster Service on node NODE01.globex.local.
Waiting for notification that Cluster service on node NODE02.globex.local has started.

I recreated it on my own, since objects in the AD got messy due to testing. Some errors can't be omitted, because two servers are not physically the same (different vendors and models). What I meant is that earlier there was no problem with forming a cluster, so I wonder if there any way to create logs of the creation itself, to see what went wrong.

aybe something like https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/failover-clustering/how-to-troubleshoot-create-cluster-failures/ba-p/371780 will be helpful to you.

I found such errors in logs:
ConnectRemoteCluster (1066): Couldn't resolve RPC binding to cluster', Status = 1753"
If nescessary, I can upload the whole .csv log file
Firewall on both nodes is turned off
