sonicwall GVC issue on windows 10

Hi Team

SonicWALL GVC not connecting on windows 10. In windows 10 its shows below error

"The peer is not responding to phase 1 ISAKMP requests.
Starting ISAKMP phase 1 negotiation.
 An error occurred."

Please help me. I am new in this area. Thanks for advance

Hi,

I use it on my computers so there's no problem with Windows 10.
Have you the latest version? ( http://help.mysonicwall.com/Applications/vpnclient/ )

Do you see communication between your client and the SonicWALL in the firewall logs?
Got that problem once with GVC because the MTU Size on my router was too high so nothing was sent to the firewall.

Lowering MTU from 1492 to 1400 solved the problem.

I had the same problem, I disabled Fragment non-VPN outbound packets larger than this Interface's MTU on the Sonicwall firewall. Works for me.

I lowered the MTU to 1400, worked right away!
