In Start Search type services.msc and hit the Enter Key.

Now locate Print Spooler Service.

Stop the Service for a while.

Go to Recovery tab.

Restart the service for 1st and 2nd failure.

Make sure RPC service is the dependencies of Spooler service.

Delete all the files under C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS

Now Start the Spooler Service.

Make sure your Printer driver is updated.

Hi,

Below suggestion can be considered:

  1. Run “sfc /scannow” to check/repair system files.
  2. Re-start system in Clean Boot to determine whether background programs are interfering with the service.
  3. Check Event Viewer and try to find relate event.
  4. Collecting dump file, it may provide useful information about crushing.
