The Application experienced an internal error loading the SSL libraries Word 2013

If I open a Word document from an https: site, I get this security warning:

Microsoft Word Security Warning?

The Application experienced an internal error loading the SSL

You press ok and the document opens.

It seems to have something to do with this certificate: Globalsign Organization Validation CA – G2

I have tried to open documents from https: sites that use Verysign, and they are opening without this warning.

There is no errors in the Certificate path

We are running on Windows 8.1 update 1 x64 with Office 2013 SP1 x86

Do anyone know how to fix this?

don't use IE, try to use other browsers. it seems due to windows feb updates. see here:
