This isn't a Windows 10 forum, but I do know the answer.

The charms bar went away, but Search is available on the taskbar, or by simply selecting the Start button and the start typing.  See http://www.techrepublic.com/article/no-more-charms-bar-on-the-windows-10-desktop/
