hi,
We configured the IIS website on 2008r2 server with a backend database SQL.
It was running fine till today afternoon and suddenly shown site cannot be reached. I ensure our internet
connection and IIS server running fine and allowed through firewall and antivirus and no issues.
I have tried to restart the server and some SQL and IIS related in services.msc but this not helpful. Mainly
We are not able to run this site even on my local server(production) and could not identify the problem
So I request you can anybody suggest me root cause of the above said problem.

Hi ,
To fix this issue, we also need to the error message. Please go to IIS log to check the status code. Secondly, please go to event viewer and post the error message. Did you change anything for your IIS server or OS? In addition, did you install any update?
Of course. if the error come from server side, please go to <C:\Windows\System32\LogFiles\HTTPERR to check the httperr log>.

Thanks for the reply.
I didn't upgrade/update OS and IIS on this server. As you said, I have checked both IIS and Event logs but could not identify the problem. I'm getting problem while uploading/inserting IIS logs which has 40mb size.

The log didn't provide any error message. While it just display 200 succeed any 304 not modified which all means the website is loaded without any issue. So maybe the request is blocked in server level. Please check httperr log and event viewer.
