Question

Hi,
We are looking into using Intune as our MDM.
I have a general question regarding Intune & Microsoft Apps.
I will be looking into making a lot of Microsoft apps available to the user such as:
- Outlook
- Word
- Excel
- Dynamics
- PowerApps
- OneNote
- etc
I want to make these apps available for download/install from the Intune Company Portal, and when users install the apps it automatically configures the app. E.g. If they install Outlook, it automatically configures the app and they don't need to enter the exchange online URL and username/password. The same will go for the Dynamics app and PowerApps. Is there a way to preload the URL for these apps specific to our company's site URL?
Is this possible?
Thanks

You can use app configuration policies. See https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/intune/app-configuration-policies-overview

Hello,
1. Yes, you can deploy the apps to the client devices through Intune. Since there are various platforms for the client devices, I would recommend to refer to the following article for more details about deploying apps.
2. For SSO, please see the following introduction from this article.
*Outlook for iOS and Android supports single sign-on via authentication token re-use. If a user is already signed in to another Microsoft app on their device, like Word or Company Portal, Outlook for iOS for Android will detect that token and use it for its own authentication. *
3. Intune does supports for pushing the configuration policy to the apps, which enables to pre-configure the apps. However, it also requires for the support from the apps.
For configuring Outlook with Intune, you can refer to the following guide.

More setting for Outlook, please refer to the following article.
Best regards,
Andy Liu
