Hi,

Just for clarification: I assume you're running some edition of Windows 10 and not Windows Server? Have you tried to not specify the <ComputerName> and instead just input a <Username>? I trust that you know the following but just to exclude it completely: You do enter the username exactly as it is, right? No funny brackets or quotations?

Kind regards,
Micke

Hi,

  • On your local machine Open Windows command prompt type: gpedit.msc
  • Go to Windows Settings>Security Settings> Local Policies> Security Options> Network security:LAN Manager authentication level
  • Choose the second option: Send LM&NTLM-user NTLMv2 session security if negotiated

Best regards,

Travis
