Hi Kira,
Please refer to this help documentation for help, in my opinion, Method 3 should be effective.
Another easy workaround is to add the "filename" column to the detail view. This will show the folder name.
View > Choose Details...
or
Right-Click the column heading and select "More...".
Good luck
Regards

Thank you for you reply.
Our users use Windows 10 and DC server 2012 R2 and our home directory located on NetApp.
It is still not clear why "My Documents" directory is created instead of "Documents"
Thanks,
Kira

It's not being renamed, it just looks like it is.
If you look at it from a command prompt, or any method other than Windows Explorer, you'll see that it is still called Documents or whatever it's real name is.
What's happening is that special folders get a desktop.ini file inside them which causes them to appear with a different name for display purposes in Explorer. That display name is dependent on the windows language, so someone running the german edition of Windows would see Meine Dokumente or similar.
Downside is that the real name of the folder is now obscured, and you can end up with multiple folders showing the same name for display purposes and appear as duplicates.
As far as I know there is no way of switching this off - someone from MS may be able to confirm or deny that. If you delete the desktop.ini file, it just comes back again.

It is still not clear.
Some users have "My Documents" and some users have "Documents".
There is no consistency...

Our users still experience issues with folder redirection. even that under \home\user directory there is a 'Documents' directory when reboot, "My documents" folder is created containing only 'Favorites' and the redirection is set to the new created "My Documents' directory.
Please advise,
