We have many reports (scripts) that are setup in SAP business one environment and in the past we used Microsoft office 2013 64 bit and users were able to run the reports from their local desktop using Microsoft office 2013 64bit.
However, we have recently upgraded our system to Microsoft office 2016 64 bit and now no user can run the reports from their local machine. We have installed the ODBC driver 64bit and even tried the 32bit driver:
- The 32-bit version of the Odbcad32.exe file is located in the %systemdrive%\Windows\SysWoW64 folder.
- The 64-bit version of the Odbcad32.exe file is located in the %systemdrive%\Windows\System32 folder.
We have also installed the Microsoft Access 2016 Runtime but the issue continues.
That said, we can run the report from the SAP Terminal server with no problem.
Any help/recommendation will be much appreciated!!!!!
Thank you in advance.

isn't this more for a SAP or Office forum?
When the only difference is the office version: what has this got to do with Windows 10?

Try Control-Panel/Administrator Tools/R.click on Data Sources/ODBC run as Administrator/edit & install its data....

Please check this case for specific steps:
[Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Data source name not found and no default driver specified
