Hello Guys,

On one of my location im facing wired problem, where if user takes login on laptop & starts the Power Point Presentation in its PowerPoint 2013 suddenly exactly after 10 minutes machine of user gets to lock screen if no actions performed.

Whereas if same user logins to anyother desktop on same location & presents the Power Point in presentation (Full Screen) mode, it never gets locked out.

Just for information our Screen Saver policy is of 15 minutes idle then trigger the lockout & screen saver, Also tried user to keep out of screensaver policy but still screen gets lock & gets to CTRL+ALT+DEL screen.

Please help me understand what shld be verified.

Also i tried the mobility settings > Turn on Presentation mode with the settings do no lock my screen while im presenting.

Hi Vicky,

Does this issue continue when another user logs into this particular laptop? It looks that this issue only happens to this particular computer, correct?

What version of Windows OS are you using?

Does this issue happen when using other programs, such as Word, IE, etc?

Are you using GPO to control the Screen Saver settings? How did you keep the user out of screen saver policy? In addition, after making the change, please check whether you have the correct registry key and value (which is used to control the behavior):

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\Personalization
DWORD: NoLockScreen
Value: 1
