We got around 3000 record on our DNS zone. For each modification i have to scroll down to record and make modifications.

In the DNS MMC you could use the View, Filter option to reduce the number of records being displayed.
Within your Zone, select View then Filter, and then select the required option. For instance, select "Names starting with" and then enter the first few characters of the record name you're looking for, then click OK. After selecting the filter I find you need to refresh the window as it won't do it automatically.
Alternatively, assuming your on 2012 then this http://gallery.technet.microsoft.com/DNS-search-script-42723244 might be of help. It will search through all the zones (unless you specify one), and find all records containing your search string, and also all record data rather than just record names which meet the criteria.

Yeah I know, that's why I ended up deciding to write one myself. We don't have that many individual records in most zones, but we do have about 2000 zones, so being unable to easily search through them and find which zones contain records matching a particular criteria (like A records pointing to a particular web server) was definitely a pain.

Thanks. its very strange how a simple Search is missing in DNS MMC. How do people with millions of records do it ?
