The error is caused by "Do not save encrypted pages to disk" in Internet Options>Advanced is checked.

Uncheck the setting and issue solved.

Hi JYser,

Did this problem appear in all files when trying to import to Office?

How did you import files?

I suggest you try to open Office application run as an administrator and check the result.

If this problem only appear in a specific file, please check if the problem was blocked (Right click the File- Properties). You can also try to copy the file to local desktop and re-import to Office.

If this problem appear in all file, I suggest you try to repair Office application:

Any updates please let me know and I'm glad to help you.

Emi Zhang

Hi,

1. Try to delete the contents of the %TEMP% folder.

2. For 32-bit Windows versions, go to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\Common\Security\AllowLists\GraphicsFilterImport

For 64-bit Windows versions, go to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Office\Common\Security\AllowLists\GraphicsFilterImport

Under that key, look for AllowListEnabled. If it's there, set it to 0.

If it's not there, create a new AllowListEnabled REG_DWORD key and set its value to 0.

Important Follow the steps in this section carefully. Serious problems might occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Before you modify it, back up the registry for restoration in case problems occur.

Please refer to this article about how to back up and restore the registry in Windows: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/322756

3. If this issue still existed, try to login Windows as an administrator.

Regards,

Emi Zhang
